- Audit industrial facilities to determine compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Develop easy to implement environmental compliance programs for the facilities.
- Develop New Jersey Discharge Prevention Containment and Countermeasure (DPCC) and Discharge Cleanup and Removal (DCR) plans and assist with their implementation and compliance with their requirements.
- Develop Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans and assist with their implementation.
- Develop Risk Management Plan (RMP) for the New Jersey Toxic Catastrophe Prevention Act (TCPA) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Accidental Release Prevention (ARP) rule.
- Develop program for Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Process Safety Management (PSM).
- Assist with OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (HCS), lock out/tag out, confined space entry, respiratory protection programs.
- Integrity testing of aboveground storage tanks.
- Environmental filings to comply with Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and other regulatory requirements. These filings include Community Right to Know Survey, Biennial Hazardous Waste Report, Toxic Release Inventory, Release and Pollution Prevention Report (RPPR), air emission inventory, batch production plant permit annual reports, annual combustion adjustment reports, and discharge monitoring reports.
- Onsite employee training required by the environmental and health and safety programs.
