Company Overview

Environmental Engineering Corporation (EEC) was established by Arthur L. Straubing and Isadore E. Rubin in 1969 as a sister company to Straubing & Rubin (S&R). The purpose of EEC was to provide environmental services for S&R process design projects for resin, paint and specialty chemical manufacturing facilities.

EEC’s services consisted of obtaining environmental regulatory permits and designing pollution control equipment for these facilities. Dr. Pradeep Lamba joined EEC in 1989 and the services provided were expanded to include all the services currently offered. We have clients who have been with us for more than twenty years.

The goal of the company is simple: To provide the highest quality, cost-effective, and innovative environmental and engineering services, while being responsive to our clients’ business goals and being knowledgeable in the latest regulations and technologies.
